- Teams can have up to 8 players, with the option to list one or two alternates.
- Teams must consistently use the same name throughout the league to earn points.
- The league will run for 12 weeks, with games held at designated "Home" locations on specific weekdays and times.
- The 13th week is designated as a wildcard play-in week.
- Each game consists of multiple rounds, with the first three rounds accumulating points towards league play.
- Scoring for First Three Rounds:
- Round 1: 4 points for a correct answer, plus a speed bonus of 1 point for the fastest correct answer.
- Round 2: 6 points for a correct answer, plus a speed bonus of 1 point for the fastest correct answer.
- Round 3: 10 points for a correct answer, -10 points for an incorrect answer, plus a speed bonus of 1 point for the fastest correct answer.
- Themed rounds, nearest wins, and final questions do not count towards the cumulative points score.
- The format of rounds following the first three is at the host's discretion based on their location.
- Scoring for Championship Event Rounds:
- Round 1: 4 points for a correct answer, plus a speed bonus of 1 point.
- Round 2: 6 points for a correct answer, plus a speed bonus of 1 point.
- Round 3: 8 points for a correct answer, plus a speed bonus of 1 point.
- Round 4: 10 points for a correct answer, plus a speed bonus of 1 point. The "Go Wide" feature is activated.
- Round 5: Keypad round with 12 points for a correct answer, -10 points for an incorrect answer, plus a speed bonus of 1 point.
- The final question is a wagered answer where teams can wager up to the number of points they have accumulated. Points are added for a correct answer and deducted for an incorrect answer.
- Prizes are awarded to the top three teams.

- A strong commitment to fairness and sportsmanship is expected from all teams.
- Electronic devices may be used for answering questions and as keypad or buzzer systems but are strictly prohibited for researching or looking up answers.
- Violation of device usage rules will result in immediate disqualification.
- Teams have the right to submit challenges or disputes within a specific timeframe after each game.
